Withdrawal Notice
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
2. Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital courses
Our online courses unlock access to all course content immediately after purchase. Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have unlocked the course, provided that
- before the purchase you expressly agreed that we begin unlocking the course before the end of the withdrawal period,
- you confirmed that you are aware that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the course has been unlocked, and
- we have provided you with your consent and confirmation in the order confirmation sent by e-mail.
You give this consent and confirmation during the order process by ticking a separate checkbox. It is not pre-ticked and is required to complete the purchase. We store your consent together with the time and the exact wording.
(Legal basis: § 356 (5) German Civil Code, BGB.)
3. Right of withdrawal (in case it has not expired)
If the right of withdrawal has not expired pursuant to Section 2, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
